Clean and simple

That was the theme for this weeks sketch at Studio Calico. I pretty much ripped the design right off from the example layout, but I still love the outcome. I wanted to use that rub on!

Creative scrappers sketch #153

Mostly paint and splatters on this one! The story is about a train ride I took with my children. The pictures are taken at the plattform, while we are waiting for the delayed train.

Creative scrappers sketch #151

Another layout where I used old stuff that was laying around. The title rubon I've had forever, and it was just not getting used. I also added some old pieces of Sassafras boarder stickers, and a scrap of corrugated cardboard I had left over.

The photos were taken at a Hardcore Superstar concert a year ago. I'm the one with the big mouth ;D

Creative scrappers sketch #152

This is my daughter making a squinty face against the march sunshine. Finally spring is on it's way!!!

Dinosaur freak

My 3-year old is completely engulfed by the world of dinosaurs right now. We read these book of dinosaur facts for him every day at bedtime. That is not enough of course, so whenever there's some extra time he reads by himself as well. I made this layout from an old Studio Calico sunday sketch.

Cybercrop hos Molly's i helgen!

Sketch #234

I had actually already started this layout and had a whole different design in mind. The background and the misting was done when I decided I didn't like how it came out. I was just about to put it in my "failed layouts-pile" when I saw Jen M's take on sketch #234 from Pencil lines. I stole some of her ideas and BAM I loved the result!

The photo is taken one afternoon when my son was playing chase with his baby sister. When I was looking at the picture I realized all his tell-tale signs was visible. The first thing he does when he comes home is taking his socks off. He´s also absolutely addicted to apples, and could eat 10 of them a day if he was allowed. Those dinosaurs I put away at least twice a day but they always end up scattered all over the house anyway.

Weekly sketch challenge at SC

I made this for the weekly sketch challenge at Studio Calico. I tried to give it a Jen Jockisch feel - I WISH! She's SO talented. I love the veneer stars from SC!

Now in english!!!

I have now decided to change the language of my blog to english. If any Swedish visitor considers this pretentious, I say "WHAT EVER" ... 8-D I'm mostly active on US forums anyway. I think most of my visitors do not understand swedish. So welcome english speakers!!!
